RETURNS

As many of the items that we produce are hand made or made to order, we do not generally accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch.

FAQ

How do I order a bespoke item?

All of our personalised or bespoke pieces have an option to select and initial or name, depending on the item. If you have a special request, don't hesitate to contact us with your requirements and we will see what we can do!

What is the lead time for a bespoke items?

Depending on the number of bespoke items in an order, this would normally take 10 - 14 working days. However, we will contact you with regular updates, once your order is placed. Please advise upon ordering if the item(s) are required by a certain date.

 

How do I return an item?

 

As mentioned, many of our items are handmade or made specifically to order, therefor returns are not always possible. However, please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail's Track48 delivery service. This is expected to take 2-3 working days to arrive, following despatch.

Do you provide International delivery?

This is not available as standard, however contact us and we can look into a shipping cost for you. Please bear in mind it takes a number of weeks for delivery, depending on location.
